Bad things happen in 3's right? Right? Right? I hope so. I backed my car into the garage, causing a dent, crashed my computer and now there was a flood in my house. Well, minor toilet overflow issue. Not a flood, but as I spent 2 hours cleaning up the water, cleaning the floors, etc, it felt like a flood.
I don't clean. I hate it. I would rather pull my toenails out with rusty spoons than clean. Today the rusty spoons lost and I cleaned. Had it been Monday, that would've been different as the cleaning lady comes every other Tuesday.
This morning would have been soooooo different if I had just gotten off my couch and gone to the gym like I planned. Instead I called, found out they pushed back body pump because the schools had a late start because of a millimeter of snow. Then I tried to flush my toilet by pulling up the flapper and water. Everywhere. Water. So I'm at the gym now and I feel like this was a sign that the tuckus off the couch plan should have forward motion. Like every day. I'm a firm believer in the signs.
Here are the week stats:
Tuesday 45 minutes of cardio
Wednesday 35 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of strength. I learned that day that I need some core strength, ASAP!
Thursday was 35 minutes, 3 miles and 374 calories burned. I also did 50 situps and 15 pushups, girl style. Ugh, I hate that I just said 'girl style'.
Today 10 minutes of shoveling and now to hit the elliptical.
And exercise when you say you are. These things have a way of catching up with you, I should know!
